I have two favorite cafés near the Pantheon. Both say they use water from the ancient Roman aqueduct, both are roughly the same age (one opened in 1938 the other in 1944) but only one of them serves this: ⁣⁣

Crystalline Coffee Granita with unsweetened whipped cream. The trick is the unsweetened part, the granita is already sweet. It’s the perfect way to recharge your batteries after much walking and gawking.
